1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 3-7 business days.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

Small items (desks, cabinets): USPS, UPS, FedEx

Beds: Freight carriers (LTL)
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

Times: Small items: 5-10 days; beds via freight: 7-20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.
4. Freight Delivery Process

Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery window (4-hour).

Standard delivery is curbside or threshold. Driver will not bring inside/upstairs unless White Glove service purchased.

Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.
5. White Glove Delivery
Available for additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.
6. Damage Claims

Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.
7. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
