1. Products & Orders

  • We sell children's furniture: beds, desks, and toy cabinets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary slightly.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Safety Compliance
All children's products comply with:

  • CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act): Lead content limits, phthalates, tracking labels

  • ASTM International standards: Age-appropriate testing

  • 16 CFR Part 1500: Small parts, sharp edges, mechanical hazards

  • Flammability: 16 CFR Part 1610

3. User Responsibilities & Safety

General Safety:

  • Follow assembly instructions exactly. Improper assembly can cause instability, tipping, or injury.

  • Use anti-tip devices provided for toy cabinets and tall furniture. Attach to wall immediately.

  • Check hardware periodically and tighten if loose.

  • Do not exceed weight limits specified in product descriptions.

Children's Beds:

  • Use only the mattress size specified for the bed frame.

  • For bunk/loft beds, do not allow children under 6 on top bunk.

  • Keep away from ceiling fans, light fixtures, and window cords.

  • Never attach items to the bed that could pose entanglement or strangulation hazards.

Small Desks:

  • Ensure desk is stable before use.

  • Do not allow climbing on desk.

  • Keep electrical cords out of reach.

Toy Cabinets:

  • Attach to wall using anti-tip device immediately after assembly.

  • Do not allow climbing.

  • Distribute weight evenly.

4. Recalls & Product Registration

  • All children's products include product registration cards per CPSIA requirements. Please register your product to receive safety notifications.

  • In the event of a recall, we will notify registered customers.

5. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to use anti-tip devices, overloading, accidents).

7. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
